This policy is applicable to all designs, content, or layouts, ensuring your vision is meticulously crafted to perfection.

REFUND POLICY

Design Syndra values transparency and client trust. Once a design is approved, it becomes the embodiment of our shared creative journey and, as such, is not eligible for a refund. However, in cases of confusion or continuous changes that may suggest dissatisfaction with the quality of work, we are prepared to consider a full and final refund.

Please familiarize yourself with the following key points regarding our refund arrangement

  • Refund requests must align with the designs and logos provided. Once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void.
  • Refund requests during the revision phase, once proven to be void, will not be entertained.
  • If you opt not to proceed beyond the initial design delivery stage, a full refund will be offered, subject to a 10% administration and preparation charge.
  • Refund eligibility within the first 48 hours is 66% (less a 10% administration and processing fee).
  • Refund eligibility within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery is 33% (less a 10% service and processing fee).
  • Refund requests after 96 hours of the initial design delivery will not be entertained. However, we are always open to addressing concerns and queries to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Refund requests following 7 working days of customer inactivity will not be entertained. Should you wish to restart the order, a fee for a new plan will be applicable.
  • No refund requests will be considered if the customer goes unresponsive for 5 working days and claims a refund afterward.
  • All refund requests must be directed to our support department. Design Syndra reserves the right to approve or reject any refund requests based on an individual case-by-case evaluation.
  • Refunds will not be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • For Website packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the revision of the initial design mockup or the creation of inner pages upon client approval.
  • At Design Syndra, our dedicated support department carefully evaluates refund requests, ensuring all communication related to changes and finalizations is thoroughly documented on our official platform http://designsyndra.com/. We retain the authority to approve or reject your request based on the specifics of each case.
  • For Design Syndra's Custom bundles, the refund policy mirrors that of our individual packages.
  • If you request both a logo and web design and approve the logo, you are eligible for a refund for the website service only at the initial design stage.
  • Each refund request must be supported by a valid reason that aligns with the design brief and client feedback. If a concept has not been executed according to the brief, a refund may not be granted, but revisions will be provided until satisfaction is achieved.
  • We adhere to strict ethical policies, and both parties (Design Syndra & Client) mutually agree not to publicly criticize each other or any associated individuals on forums, blogs, social networks, etc., during or after the contract period.
  • Both parties commit not to engage in discussions on forums, blogs, community groups, or social media that may tarnish the reputation of either party or its associates. In case of a breach, the violating party may be liable to pay reasonable compensation as damages for the breach of the agreed contract.
  • Our Money Back Guarantee is contingent upon genuine requests. Any attempt by a client to place design orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intent to claim a refund is considered fraudulent, and we reserve the right to reject refund requests for all work provided in such instances.
  • We highly value active customer engagement and appreciate feedback to achieve optimal results. Client input is crucial before finalizing any design, facilitating a smoother process for both parties.

If a logo designed by Design Syndra is found to be significantly similar to an existing design, we offer compensation and revisions as long as the project is ongoing. Any resemblance to an existing design is considered coincidental, and Design Syndra disclaims responsibility or future compensation claims. Clients are responsible for copyrighting their artwork.
  • Please note, "There are no refunds on any SEO or SMM Packages once the work is initiated" in accordance with our policy.

WEBSITE HOSTING POLICY

At Design Syndra, our commitment to your satisfaction is paramount. If you find our web hosting services unsatisfactory and notify us in writing within 7 days of initiating the service through our support ticket system, you will be entitled to a full refund for your web hosting services. Upon approval of the refund, you will be notified via email, and the refund will be processed within 30 days from the cancellation date. If you encounter any issues with your refund, please contact Design Syndra’s billing department.

This policy specifically excludes additional services such as overages, disk space, email accounts, domain name registration, and web development services. Refunds for yearly services will not be issued after the initial 7 days of service.

VIDEO ANIMATION REFUND POLICY

In certain instances, funds deposited may not be eligible for a refund if the initial design and concepts, after delivery, are approved or if changes are requested. Refunds will only be considered if Design Syndra Agency cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.

Refund requests follow this arrangement

  • Solicitations for a refund can be made when the initial ideas for a logo are provided. However, once you approve or request alterations in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void, and requests for a refund will not be entertained.
  • Once the project enters the revision phase, the refund offer becomes void, and requests for a refund will not be entertained.
  • If the client requests a refund before the delivery of initial design concepts, they qualify for a full refund (less a 10% administration and processing charge).
  • Refund requests within 48 hours are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administration and processing fee).
  • Refund requests within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we value customer satisfaction and encourage you to reach out so we can address your concerns.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after seven working days of customer inaction. If you wish to restart the order, charges will apply based on your project requirements.
  • We are dedicated to ensuring your experience with Design Syndra exceeds expectations.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after seven working days of customer inaction. Restarting the order may incur charges based on the project's scope.
  • All refund requests must be directed to our support department. The approval or rejection of refund requests is subject to individual case evaluation.

  • For Website bundles, no refunds will be entertained after the initial design mockup has been revised or inner pages have been created with client approval. Requests for refunds must be communicated to the support department. Any breach of the user agreement will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Design Syndra Agency/Custom bundles follow the refund policy of single packages. For instance, if you request a logo or web design and approve the logo, a refund for the website service is eligible only at the time of the initial design.
  • Refund requests must have a valid reason, aligning with the design brief and client input for revisions. Refunds will not be granted unless an idea deviates from the brief. Further revisions will be provided until satisfaction is achieved.
  • Both parties (Design Syndra Agency & Client) agree not to publicly criticize each other, employees, associates, or partners on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc., during or after the contract period. Breaches may result in compensation decided by the non-breaching party.
  • The Money Back Guarantee is contingent upon good faith. Placing design orders with multiple agencies for the same job to claim a refund is not considered good faith, and refund requests may be declined.
  • Active client involvement is crucial for design jobs, requiring continuous feedback for optimal results.
  • Our 100% unique design guarantee ensures a new logo if our designed logo is significantly similar to an existing design. Any resemblance is coincidental, and we disclaim responsibility or future compensation claims. Clients are responsible for copyrighting their artwork.

REACTIVATION POLICY

If a client is unresponsive for a month or more, the Project will be considered closed, and a reactivation fee will be charged for the said Project.

REPRODUCTION AND ACCESS POLICY

Reproduction or redistribution of material from this website for commercial purposes is prohibited. Access to specific areas may be restricted at Design Syndra's discretion. User content submitted must be legal, non-infringing, and comply with applicable laws. Design Syndra reserves the right to edit or remove any submitted material.

CONTENT POLICY

For typical websites and resume designs, clients are responsible for providing all content, including images, headings, copy, and text. Resume designs require the client to furnish complete personal information and a biography; content services are not provided. In the case of an e-commerce website, the Design Syndra team will offer 10 to 30 sample products, and clients need to provide additional sample product information, including product name, price, images, and shipping policy. CMS and e-commerce management are handled by Design Syndra. Dummy text (Lorem Ipsum) is used in graphics for layout and visual mockup previews.

REFUND POLICY

  • You approach another service provider or designer for the same Project assigned to Design Syndra.
  • You provide an incomplete design brief.
  • You demand a change in the design concept.
  • You exceed the maximum time allowed to request a refund and make claims.
  • You are closing your business or have changed the name of your business.
  • You have other reasons such as a change of mind, disputes with your partners, or similar reasons.
  • You approve the deliverables.
  • You accept multiple revisions for any service.
  • If you order a bundle service and are dissatisfied with any specific service, a refund can only be claimed against that particular service, not the complete bundle.
  • You fail to provide the initial design brief within 10 days of order placement.

Note: Design Syndra reserves the right to reject/cancel any project/order or cancel the Contract with the customer when deemed necessary by critical managerial discretion. After successfully claiming the refund, you have no rights to use the incomplete/complete design concepts, which remain the sole property of Design Syndra. The company owns full rights to these design concepts. By complying with this refund policy, you forfeit any right to use the design concepts. Information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legality.
